Product Shipping and Returns
Orders placed at the Oakley Online Store ships only to addresses within Japan. We do not ship overseas, overseas forwarding services or P.O. boxes. Regardless of the number of shipments required, a shipping fee of 660JPY will be applied for orders under 3000JPY(excl. tax). If we detect an order for resale or any fraudulent activity, there is a possibility your order may be cancelled. Multiple orders exceeding the limit for certain items will be checked upon and will need written confirmation from the purchaser.
Sunglasses(except Custom Eyewear), Apparel, Goggles, Eyewear Replacement parts
- Orders will be shipped by Sagawa Express. Japan Post may be used for shipping to Okinawa or remote island regions. The shipping carrier may be changed without notice at the company’s convenience.
- The tracking number for your shipment will be provided in the update email. This will be sent to you after your shipment has been passed on to the shipping carrier.
- Ordered products will be shipped within 2-5 business days after confirmation of the items ordered(except at year end, New Years and Chinese holiday).
- Shipper name will be "LUXOTTICA JAPAN CO. LTD. OAKLEY ONLINE STORE".
- Please be aware, products may be sold out or out of stock depending on the timing of order confirmation.
- Shipping may be delayed or cancelled due to unexpected circumstances such as: environmental disasters, unprecedented flux in order volumes and production issues.
Custom Eyewear

- Custom eyewear is carefully assembled by Oakley technicians to meet each customers specification. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 weeks.
- Shipper name will be "LUXOTTICA JAPAN CO. LTD. OAKLEY ONLINE STORE".
- Please be aware, lens and other components may be sold out or out of stock depending on the timing of order confirmation.

Exchanges and Returns
We will accept exchange and returns only for new and unused products(excluding defective products). All incoming requests will be processed after the item has been received at the designated address, and the condition of the product thoroughly checked.
Please be sure to send back the product within 14 days after receipt. Fill out the "Replacement / Return Form" included with the package and send it back to the specified address among the "Replacement / Return Form“.
※Replaced items will be sent to the original shipping address. Also please note, that you can not specify the delivery date.
※Custom eyewear can not be exchanged or returned (except for defective products).
※Before contacting us, please confirm that you have the product's shipping container, the shipping statement shipped in the same package, accessories and product packaging, etc., so that the product is in condition to be sold. Please note that if an article of clothing is soiled or damaged, accessories are lost, or tags or other items are removed when trying it on, or if packaging is damaged or lost, the product will not be accepted for exchange or return.
※In the event of an unavoidable circumstance such as: out of stock, discontinued or any production issue, there is a possibility your request may not be fulfilled.
※ For products that were purchased in a store, please contact the store where they were purchased. No returns or exchanges of any merchandise other than products purchased at official Oakley stores or the Oakley Online Store will be made.
