Authorizing Your Credit Card:
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.
CASH ON DELIVERY
This is a payment method in which the customer makes a payment to the shipping carrier (Sagawa Express) in exchange for the product when the product is delivered to the designated address. The customer will be charged the Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee listed below.

Cash or credit cards can be used for COD payments. However, there are some geographical areas

do not claim the package within a week after shipping the products, we will return the shipped
package to our warehouse and cancel your order.
If a customer refuses to engage in
communication with us or accept the package despite ordering online, we may cancel any future
orders
or in certain cases may ask the customer to change payment methods.
Please note that COD
cannot
be used if the total order amount is 500,000 yen or more (including tax).
Any COD refunds
will
be made by a bank transfer to the bank account in the name of the customer. However, please note
that the refund will be made on the value of the products and the COD handling fee will not be
refunded.

Oakley Prescription Frame Size Chart
Choosing the right size is easy. Start with the curvature of your chosen frame. Most of our frames have 4-base curvature to maximize the range of prescriptions that work with them. In the picture below, the frame with 6-base curvature has a much higher “wrap angle” to provide optimal coverage, and you’ll find it in designs like our Active Collection of Crosslink™ frames. Once you have the curvature, use the chart to get the number range for your face size.

When purchasing online at Oakley.com or OakleyVault.com, or by Phone through Oakley Customer Care your packing slip sent with your shipment serves as a receipt. If you purchased Oakley product through an Authorized Oakley dealer, their receipt serves as your proof of purchase.

Customized Oakley products (glasses and accessories) may not be returned: you will not benefit from a right of withdrawal, because they are personalised and have been custom made for you.
